Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: May 20, 2026. These terms govern the relationship between UdaanCraft and our clients, partners, and visitors.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services of UdaanCraft (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must discontinue your use of our site and services immediately.
2. Creative Service Engagements
UdaanCraft provides branding, copywriting, video creative direction, UI/UX design, and AI-augmented strategic growth consulting. Project execution, timelines, and deliverable scopes are outlined in individual project proposals and client service contracts. Any variations to project scopes must be agreed upon in writing.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All preliminary drafts, design concepts, narrative structures, copy assets, and strategic frameworks developed during the design process remain the exclusive intellectual property of UdaanCraft. Upon receipt of full and final payment for the project, all rights, title, and ownership interest in the finalized design assets and custom copy are transferred to the Client. UdaanCraft retains the right to display project materials in our portfolio and marketing case studies.
4. Client Responsibilities & Assets
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary brand assets, source material, high-resolution imagery, and timely feedback/approvals. UdaanCraft is not liable for project delays resulting from client responsiveness, incomplete assets, or missing technical access permissions.
5. Payment Terms & Milestones
Payment schedules are milestone-based and require a non-refundable upfront deposit before project kickoff. Subsequent milestone invoices are due within 7 days of invoice issue. We reserve the right to suspend project production if invoices remain unpaid past their due dates.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UdaanCraft, its founder, partners, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use our creative assets, site, or services.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
